Do you want to reach higher levels in aoc gold? Good , read the following leveling spots from level 40 to level 60 . 

40-42: Field of the Dead

Pick up the quests for killing the Vanir from Crossroads. This will lead you to the first 2 camps to start grinding at.

43-45: Field of the Dead

There is a Vanir Camp and Werewolf camp directly next to each other. Just Southeast of Steambridge. I suggest blowing through a couple quests at this level range though.

45-47: Field of the Dead

Pick up the repeatable quests from Lookout Point and grind those out turn in and repeat. Really good area for AE grinding. Just be careful with your pulls, you may pull too many. If you did any questing some chains lead to this area.

47-50: Field of the Dead

Ghostlands directly south of Steam Bridge. This area has a lot of undead and werewolfs in it. Be careful of the casters and archers here. Kill them before pulling a big group. You can pickup quests from a questgiver next to Steam Bridge resurrection point for this area as well.

51-53: Eiglophian Mountains

Cannibal Camps both West and East of the Town. There is quite a few quests you can pickup as well for these area's. Also you will have your level 50 Destiny quest by the East Cannibal Camp.

53-57: Eiglophian Mountains

Cannibal Cave. This cave is awesome and easy to pull 3-5 mobs continually if you find the right groove for you. Couple quests you can pickup from the Main Town and the Hunting lodge for this cave as well. This is located directly East of the Hunting Lodge resurrection point.

57-60: Eiglophian Mountains

Vanir camps in the NW. There is 3 different camps closely connected with each other if not camped this can wield good xp/hour. You can get aoc gold a few quests for this area after completing some pre-reqs. So I suggest getting those done.
